If it wasn’t for Winona Ryder’s dad, Johnny Depp and Winona may have been married. The former couple met on the set of Edward Scissorhands and dated until 1993. As dad Michael Horowitz pointed out, the two were the hottest couple of the day. “They were the hottest couple in the US at that time, like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are now. They were cool.” Horowitz stood in the way of their marriage due to the age of the two. Things have worked out for Johnny in the meantime. He is currently in a long-term relationship with French actress Vanessa Paradis and Ryder has been linked to Matt Damon in the past. |
